Adult Parkour

 

Group Training focused on building strength where there may be weaknesses. We tackle improving balance, coordination, and endurance. We focus on attributes of parkour movement such as running, jumping, and climbing.

We not only have independent goal focused training for growth, but group challenges as well; that bring us community and friendships.

(Ages: Teens 13+ and adults)
