Hip Hop House Dance Class

These classes teach the fundamentals of Hip Hop / House movement. They are upbeat and high energy classes. Stretching, isolations, musicality, upper body strength and funky footwork are incorporated. You will learn to memorize choreography and use your body artistically by working on different combinations in each class. 

BEISM's Hip Hop House Dance classes is at Santa Cruz Power Fitness Wednesday nights 7-8pm. Led by Professional Choreographer Shorme Nortey, this class will be full of Excitement, Self Expression, Creativity, and More!!!

Teen & Adult Parkour

Group Training focused on building strength where there may be weaknesses, as well as improving balance, coordination, and endurance. We focus on attributes of parkour movement such as running jumping and climbing. We not only have independent goal focus for excellence but have group challenges that bring us community and friendships. Using refined instincts and reflexes, Parkour Fit takes training to the next level, demonstrating body and above all mental awareness. It is a useful starting point to developing a strong foundation in any activity you desire to explore.

 

Kids Parkour (ages 7-12)
